Oosthuizen defeated Berridge by UD scorecards 116/112, 117/111, 117/111 @ Emperors Palace, Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa. Berridge took the fight on short notice. Oosthuizen, even tho he won is forced to give up 30% of his purse & vacate the title after failing to make the 175lbs weight @ the weigh-in. This fight was suppose to set up a bout Oosthuizen vs Adonis Stevenson this September. Now that the title is vacated its unknown what will happen with that fight.
