WBO strips Floyd Mayweather of title

The World Boxing Organization has decided to strip Floyd Mayweather of the title that he won against Manny Pacquiao in May. The WBO had given Mayweather a deadline of July 3rd to give them his future plans on what he was going to decide to do with the belt. Mayweather had cited after the Pacquiao fight that he was vacating all of his belts, then quickly changed his mind. The WBO claims that they waited patiently for Floyd to make a decision but that they needed an answer by July 3rd or they would be forced to strip him of the title. Mayweather failed to let them know, and didn't pay the $200,000 sanctioning fee after winning the title. Here is the full document by the WBO itself:
