Quillin-Zerafa Sept 12 NBC Sports

Peter Quillin (31-0-1, 22 KOs) will be taking on Michael Zerafa (17-1, 9 KOs) September 12th @ Foxwoods Resort, in Mashantucket, Connecticut on NBCS in a scheduled ten round bout.

Peter Quillin is currently undefeated with one draw on his record. In his last fight he took on Andy Lee @ Barclays Center, Brooklyn, New York, USA this past April. Quillin-Lee fought to a draw, scores: judges: Guido Cavalleri 112-113, Glenn Feldman 113-113, Eric Marlinski 113-112. It was a non-title bout due to Quillin not making weight. During the fight Lee was down twice and Quillin down once.

Little known Michael Zerafa, only has one lost on his recored to Arif Magomedov back in Oct. 2014 where he lost by UD, scores: judges: Pavel Kuznetsov 91-100, Evgeny Gorstkov 91-100, Baban Nadyrov 91-99. In his last fight he took on Yodmongkol Singmanasak where he won by TKO in four rounds.

This is a Middleweight bout, it will be interesting to see if Peter Quillin can make the 160lbs weight limit.
