Antonio Margarito vs Manny Pacquiao is officially on. The bout would take place in Las Vegas on November 13 if Margarito is relicensed in the state. Alternatively, Top Rank would place the bout in Monterrey, Mexico. 

Manny Pacquiao will request a catch-weight of 150-pounds when he moves up to the junior middleweight division to challenge Antonio Margarito for the vacant WBC title. Pacquiao will be going for his eight divisional title.
