Fight Week Kicks Off as Caleb Plant and Jermall Charlo Prepare for Prime Video Showdown

Super middleweight standouts Caleb Plant and Jermall Charlo launched fight week festivities with a media workout on Wednesday, ahead of their return to the ring as co-headliners on PBC Championship Boxing this Saturday, May 31. The event takes place at Michelob ULTRA Arena inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, and will stream live on Prime Video, available to all Prime members in the U.S. and select international markets.

Plant is set to face hard-hitting Mexican contender Armando Reséndiz, while Charlo will square off against veteran Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna in separate featured bouts on the four-fight card.

Also featured in Wednesday’s workout were top middleweights Yoenli Feliciano Hernandez and Kyrone “Shut It Down” Davis, who will clash in a 10-round showdown. Kicking off the evening’s action will be a super welterweight showdown between rising star Isaac “La Bestia” Lucero and heavy-handed Omar Valenzuela, starting at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.
