Prime Video Unveils Gloves Off: Pacquiao vs Barrios & Fundora vs Tszyu II Ahead of July 19 Supercard

LOS ANGELES — Prime Video has officially announced the latest installment of its acclaimed all-access docuseries, Gloves Off, spotlighting the build-up to one of the summer’s most anticipated fight nights. Gloves Off: Pacquiao vs Barrios & Fundora vs Tszyu II premieres Wednesday, July 3, on Prime Video, delivering an intimate and cinematic look into the lives and training camps of four world-class fighters preparing to headline a blockbuster PBC Pay-Per-View on July 19 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

This dual-episode special features in-depth profiles of Manny Pacquiao, Mario Barrios, Sebastian Fundora, and Tim Tszyu, with each episode dedicated to one of the evening’s co-main events.

Episode One centers on boxing icon and International Hall of Famer Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 KOs), who at 45 years old attempts to capture yet another world title. Standing in his way is the fast-rising WBC Welterweight World Champion Mario “El Azteca” Barrios (29-2-1, 18 KOs), whose youth, hunger, and recent string of dominant performances have established him as a top force at 147 pounds.

Episode Two revisits one of 2024’s bloodiest and most controversial fights, the March showdown between towering WBC Super Welterweight World Champion Sebastian “The Towering Inferno” Fundora (22-1-1, 14 KOs) and Australia’s former world champ Tim Tszyu (25-2, 18 KOs). That bout saw Tszyu suffer a gruesome cut in round three but continue on valiantly. Now, in a high-stakes rematch, both fighters return with something to prove and gold on the line.

Narrated by actor Barry Pepper, Gloves Off blends raw behind-the-scenes training footage, personal stories, and fight-week energy to deliver an unfiltered lens into the fighters’ lives outside the ring. From family moments to final sparring sessions, the series captures what’s at stake in a city where legends are made — and unmade.

Gloves Off: Pacquiao vs Barrios & Fundora vs Tszyu II is available exclusively on Prime Video, just over two weeks before the four stars clash under the bright lights of Las Vegas.
