Shakur Stevenson Inks With Zuffa Boxing

New York, July 10, 2026 — Undefeated four-division world champion Shakur Stevenson has officially signed a multifight promotional deal with Zuffa Boxing, the fledgling boxing promotion backed by UFC CEO Dana White and TKO Group Holdings. The announcement, made Thursday via ESPN’s SportsCenter, marks one of the biggest signings yet for the startup venture and signals Stevenson’s ambition to chase high-stakes matchups under a new banner.

Stevenson (25-0, 11 KOs), a 2016 Olympic silver medalist and current WBO super lightweight champion (following his January 2026 victory over Teofimo Lopez), brings elite pound-for-pound credentials to Zuffa. At 29 years old (some reports note 28), the slick southpaw from Newark, New Jersey, has long been regarded as one of boxing’s top talents for his defensive mastery, speed, and ring IQ.

Dana White, co-founder of Zuffa Boxing, praised the addition: “Shakur is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world. He’s 29 years old, undefeated and already a four-division world champion.” White and the promotion emphasized Stevenson’s desire to “line them up, one by one,” targeting big-name opponents.
