Johnny Fisher Defeats Michael Pirotton in Zuffa Boxing 11 Main Event
Johnny Fisher returned to the win column Saturday, September 26, earning a hard-fought majority decision over Michael Pirotton in the main event of Zuffa Boxing 11 at the Copper Box Arena in London, England.
“The Romford Bull” was pushed throughout the 10-round heavyweight fight, with Pirotton continuing to apply pressure as Fisher began to tire in the later rounds. Fisher did some of his best work while fighting on the front foot, landing the heavier combinations and opening a cut over Pirotton’s left eye.
Pirotton refused to go away and made the final rounds competitive, but Fisher did enough to secure the victory. The judges scored the fight 95-95, 98-92 and 96-95, giving Fisher the majority decision. (UFC)
The victory moves Fisher to 15-1 and gives the popular British heavyweight a successful debut under the Zuffa Boxing banner. It was a grueling performance, however, as Fisher was visibly exhausted following the final bell and needed additional time to recover before leaving ringside. (Free U Challenge)

Radivoje Kalajdzic defeated Craig Richards by unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring the light heavyweight bout 97-92.
Lee Cutler picked up a unanimous decision victory over Louis Greene by scores of 98-92, 97-93 and 97-93.
Kayla Allen scored a third-round TKO victory over Edina Kiss after Kiss’ corner stopped the fight.
Leo Ruiz defeated Cesar Mateo Tapia by unanimous decision, with scores of 97-93, 96-94 and 96-94.
Alex MacMillan remained unbeaten with an impressive second-round TKO victory over Guillaume Azagier.
On the preliminary card, Rogelio Romero stopped Aurel Ignat in the third round, Alexis De La Cerda defeated Cain Lewis by unanimous decision, and Fred Pullen earned a 40-35 decision victory over Leonardo Faretina. (UFC Brasil)
