O’Shaquie Foster will defend his WBC junior lightweight title against Raymond Ford on May 30, sources tell The Ring.

Foster is coming off a dominant unanimous decision victory over Stephen Fulton in December, while Ford has been inactive since earning a points win over Abraham Nova in August.

The bout, promoted by Matchroom Boxing, is expected to take place in Houston, Texas. Foster is currently ranked No. 2 at 130 pounds by The Ring, with Ford sitting at No. 6.
