Manny Pacquiao finally has an opponent for his next fight. Reports are confirming that Brandon Rios will be facing Pacquiao on November 23rd in Macau. Over the last few weeks it was widley spread that Pacquiao would either be facing Brandon Rios or Mike Alvarado next. Arum was giving Pacquiao the choice as to which one he wanted to face. Pacquiao preferred to face Rios over Alvarado. The fight is expected to be on HBO PPV at the regular time in the United States despite the fight being held overseas, which means it will be Sunday morning in Macau when they square off in the ring. The card is also expected to have Zou Shiming as the co-main event.
It will be Pacquiao's first fight since his brutal KO loss to Juan Manuel Marquez last December. Rios is also coming off a loss to Mike Alvarado. Both fighters are explosive in the ring and have the nature to brawl instead of box. The fight between Pacquiao-Rios will undoubtedly be an exciting matchup.
