Thompson defeats Price again by 5th round TKO

Tony Thompson proved that his first fight against David Price was no lucky punch. Thompson defeated Price for a second time earlier this evening as he was able to stop Price in the 5th round at the Echo Arena. This time it was harder, as Thompson had to get up from the canvas in the second round after being dropped by Price. However, three rounds later it was Thompson landing the shots to hurt Price forcing the referee to stop that action. Thompson improved to 38-3 with 26 KO's. Price fell to 15-2 with 13 KO's.
