Paulie Malignaggi vs Zab Judah set for December 7

Former world champions, and two of Brooklyn's most popular fighters, have agreed to terms for a showdown in Brooklyn at the Barclay's Center on December 7. Paulie Malignaggi (32-5, 7 KO's) will take on Zab Judah (42-8, 29 KO's) on a televised fight by Showtime.

Both fighters are coming off exciting losses. Malignaggi fought an engaging fight against Adrien Broner and fell to a split decision loss. Judah tried to mount a late comeback after getting knocked down by Garcia however he fell short and ended up losing a Unanimous Decision.  

It's unclear whether the fight will be the main event as it was rumored that Devon Alexander and Amir Khan were supposed to fight that day however no agreement has been reached for the fight. Also, a fight between Keith Thurman and Jesus Soto-Karass is being discussed for the card as well.
