Glazcov wins, Dargan impresses

Vyacheslav Glazkov (16-0, 11 KO's) kept his undefeated record in tact by defeating Garrett Wilson (13-7, 7 KO's) by unanimous decision Saturday afternoon at Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY. Scores were 97-93, 99-91, and 98-92. Glazkov was in control most of the fight however Wilson, who took the fight just four days ago, kept the fight exciting with explosive combinations. Wilson landed hard shots on Glazkov throughout the fight but wasn't active enough to win rounds. Wilson became a quick crowd favorite as the Philadelphia fighter was able to get the fans to make Rocky references on twitter throughout the fight.

In the Co-main event, prospect Karl Dargan improved to (14-0, 7 KO's) by defeating Michael Brooks (10-1, 2 KO's) by unanimous decision. Dargan's speed, accuracy, and defense was too much for Brooks who tried hard to find Dargan's chin the entire night. Brooks never could land more than one punch at a time and was often countered every time he tried by the quicker Dargan. Score were 99-91, 99-91, 98-92.
