Golovkin dismantles Adama

Gennady Golovkin improved to 29-0, 26 KO's as he defeated Osumanu Adama (22-4, 16 KO's) with a 7th round TKO victory. Golovkin dropped Adama in the closing seconds of the first round and again in the seventh where he was finally able to stop the resilient Adama. The fight took place in Monte Carlo, Monaco and was not televised on HBO.
