WBA/IBF/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko is not retiring anytime soon. He just signed a five year deal with German television network RTL. The first fight in the new deal is his October clash with Tyson Fury.
“I’m really happy that we can celebrate our tenth anniversary together with RTL in the coming year. I’ve never seen better world boxing telecasts than those of RTL. Now we’ll work together in the long term and deliver to the fans at home many high class fights.” - Wladimir Klitschko.
Klitschko, 39 already has 67 professional fights under his belt and fights 2 per year, this should bring him for at least another 2-3 years in the sport.
