Antonio Margarito will fight this Fall

Antonio Margarito is very serious about making a comeback @ junior middleweight or middleweight. He is currently in training and looking for a tune-up fight late this Fall. Margarito at the age of 37-years-old, has been out of the ring for almost four years. He last fought Miguel Cotto in December of 2011 when he lost by RTD in the ninth round. The ringside doctor stopped the fight due to an serious eye injury. Margarito suffered a serious eye injury when he fought Pacquiao, November 13, 2010, at Cowboys Stadium, in Arlington, Texas. Unfortunately, the fight did leave permanent damage to the right eye of Margarito. This eye almost lost him his license to fight upon a medical inspection for the Cotto fight.

Antonio Margarito reuniting with his former coach, Robert Garcia."I already talked to Robert. I will train with him. I know if I want that big fight I should be with Robert. First I want to train for three more months, and then do one more fight before looking for a big fight," said Margarito to ESPN Deportes. "I feel good, physical and my eye is fine. I should not have any problems in returning to 154 pounds, which is my goal."
