Alfredo Angulo on the Cruz-Mares bill Aug 29th

Alfredo Angulo (23-5, 19 KOs), 33, of Mexico, has been added to the Leo Santa Cruz vs Abner Mares card Aug. 29 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Angulo opponent has yet to be named. Alfredo Angulo is coming off a five round knockout over Delray Raines @ StubHub Center, Carson, California, USA this past June. Raines was down in rd 4 & twice in rd 5. However before this fight Angulo has three straight loses with two of them by knockout. Angulo's career has been struggling a bit and he is looking to turn things around. It seem that when he steps up to the next level of fights Angulo does not do so well.
