Julian Williams eyes Austin Trout

Undefeated junior middleweight contender Julian "J Rock" Williams (20-0-1, 12 KO's) fight tonight against Luciano Cuello (35-3, 17 KO's) on PBC on Fox Sports 1. Williams has been itching for a big showdown against any of the top names in the division. His attempts at landing a big fight have fallen short over the last year. With a victory tonight though all that could change.

For the past several months, Williams and former junior middleweight world champion Austin Trout have engaged in a feud on social media and with a win on Tuesday night, they could be headed for a showdown in their next bouts.

"I will address the stuff with Trout after I win on September 22nd. I am close to getting a big opportunity and a shot at the title. I am ready now." Williams stated.

Trout has only suffered two losses in his career. One to Canelo Alvarez and the other to Erislandy Lara. Both Lara and Canelo are considered two of the best fighter's in the world today. Williams would be taking a huge step up if he could land a Trout fight. It's a step that he is more than ready to take. First he has to win tonight.
