Middleweight Ryota Murata, 2012 Japanese Olympic Gold Medalist who signed with Top Rank in 2013 will make his American debut. He is coming off a TKO win over Douglas Damiao Ataide this past May in Japan. Murata started his pro boxing career in 2013. Currently he has 45 professional rounds of boxing with a 71% knockout ratio. “We’re really excited about having him fighting in the U.S. on a card like this,” Top Rank vice president Carl Moretti said.
Gunnar Jackson is one and one in his last two fights. He is coming off a win against Daniel Roy Maxwell this past week. He has been busy since his pro debut in 2010. No notable fighters on his resume at this time.
