Adrien Broner vs Ashley Theophane possible for January

While it's not officially confirmed it looks like WBA junior welterweight champion Adrien Broner (31-2, 23 KO's) will be taking on Ashley Theophane (39-6-1, 11 KO's) next. Broner called out Theophane after his victory in October. The callout was strange considering Theophane is far from the best in the division. There may be some bad blood between the two fighters. Both of them have spent alot of time together at Mayweather's gym in Las Vegas. Theophane is Floyd Mayweather's fighter, and the callout of Broner to Theophane lead to some exchange of words between Broner and Mayweather early last month. The fight is expected to take place in Atlanta late next month.
