Jermall Charlo Knocks Out Hugo Centeno in Two

Unbeaten middleweight Jermall Charlo knocked out Hugo Centeno with a left hook combo at :55 of round two. Jermall Charlois won the WBC interim middleweight title. The fight was the co-feature to the Adrien Broner vs Jessie Vargas main event on Showtime boxing.

As promised Jermall Charlo came right out to fight at the bell. Keeping the pressure as Centeno tried to keep the range and test the waters. Centeno sticking the jab to keep the distance. Then in round two Jermall Charlo landed a combination with a left hook that ended the fight. Centeno couldn’t get up before referee Steve Willis reached the count of 10. The fight ended 55 seconds into the second round.

Houston’s Charlo won the WBC interim middleweight championship and became the mandatory challenger for that sanctioning organization’s middleweight champion, Gennady Golovkin.

After the fight Jermall Charlo called out GGG stating "Bring on GGG, where he at?".
