Call it what it is. A hoax, an exhibition, a money grab, or a boxing match. Boxing's biggest superstar ever Floyd Mayweather Jr is set to make his return against YouTuber Logan Paul on June 6th. The fight will be hosted by the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL with max capacity expected to be allowed. Logan Paul's 0-1 record doesn't match that of his brother's Jake, whose three wins came against guys with no boxing experience. However, Logan has a huge fan base that is expected to help the exhibition match sell.
Mayweather himself hasn't seen the ring in four years with his last fight being against the 0-0 Conor McGregor. Despite McGregor winning the first few rounds, many of which felt was scripted to happen, Floyd went on to easily knockout McGregor. Most close to Mayweather state that he barely trained for the fight.
Floyd Mayweather opened as a -2400 favorite while Paul is +900. The time limit and round limit is still to be determined.
