USA Boxing has officially revealed its 2025 Women’s Elite roster following the completion of the Elite Selection Camp, held at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, from January 20 to February 19.
A total of six athletes were selected to represent Team USA in the Women’s Elite High Performance Team, earning their spots through an extensive evaluation process conducted by the USA Boxing High Performance Department.
These elite boxers will compete in various 2025 World Boxing Cup events, beginning with the season opener in Foz do Iguacu, Brazil, from March 31 to April 5. The team will also participate in the highly anticipated inaugural World Boxing Elite World Championships, set to take place in Liverpool, England, from September 4 to 14.
Meet the 2025 USA Boxing Women’s Elite Team:
51 kg: Jennifer Lozano (Laredo, Texas)
54 kg: Yoseline Perez (Houston, Texas)
57 kg: Alyssa Mendoza (Caldwell, Idaho)
60 kg: Jajaira Gonzalez (Glendora, Calif.)
65 kg: Morelle McCane (Cleveland, Ohio)
75 kg: Isabella Winkler (Seattle, Wash.)
Lozano, Mendoza, Gonzalez, and McCane bring experience to the squad, having previously represented Team USA at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. All six athletes also secured national titles in their respective weight classes at the 2024 USA Boxing National Championships in Richmond, Virginia.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Billy Walsh (Colorado Springs, Colo.) and National Resident Coach Timothy Nolan (Rochester, N.Y.), Team USA is poised for another successful year on the international stage.
