Miguel Cotto (40-4, 33 KO's) defended the WBC middleweight title in dominant fashion Saturday night at the Barclay's Center as he destroyed Danny Geale (31-4, 16 KO's) in four rounds. From the opening bell Cotto looked sharp landing the jab effectively along with his devastating left hook. Geale never posed any sort of threat to the quicker more dominant Cotto. Cotto continued to land the left hook to the body and to the head, eventually dropping Geale in the fourth with a flush left hook right on the chin. Miguel Cotto has been rejuvenated under new trainer Freddie Roach. Cotto improves to 3-0 with 3 KO's under roach.
