Robert Easter & Jamel Herring in action Oct 3rd on Sho Extreme

Prospects Robert Easter Jr. & Jamel Herring will fight in separate bouts on the Adrien Broner vs Khabib Allakhverdiev event Saturday, October 3rd @ U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati. The Easter-Herring bouts will air on The SHO EXTREME telecast starting @ 8pm ET then lead into the main event on regular Showtime.

Easter Jr. (15-0, 12 KOs) is looking to keep his record clean when he faces former world champion Miguel Acosta (29-8, 23 KOs). He will be seeking his fourth victory of 2015 after picking up knockouts over Osumanu Akaba, Miguel Mendoza and Alejandro Rodriguez.

Herring (13-0, 8 KOs) also looks to walk out with a clean slate when he takes on Yakubu "Black Mamba" Amidu (19-7-2, 19 KOs). The 29-year-old Herring represented the United States at the 2012 Olympic Games after winning the U.S. National Amateur title the same year.

Both fights are scheduled for 10 rounds of boxing.
