In the main event, Mexico's Roberto Manzanarez (33-1, 27KOs) risks his status as a rising prospect on the verge of contention as he faces countryman and former super featherweight titlist Gamaliel Diaz.
Manzanarez tipped the scales at 137.5 lbs. while Diaz checked in at 138 lbs. for the scheduled eight-round main event, which airs live on Estrella TV and webcast live on RingTV.com.
Two more super lightweight attractions round out the televised tripleheader.
In the evening's co-feature, San Diego's Genaro Gamez (3-0, 3KOs) faces Bell Garden's Alejando Ochoa. Both were well inside the divisional limit; Gamez weighed 138 lbs., while Ochoa was slightly lightweight at 137.6 lbs.
