With just over a week to go, Ruslan Provodnikov is winding down the best training camp of his life as he prepares for the biggest fight of his career when he takes on WBO Welterweight champion Timothy Bradley.
"My training for this fight went better than I ever hoped," said Provodnikov. "I have gained even more power in my punches after working with Gavin MacMillan. I think Tim Bradley is in for something he doesn't expect." Under the strict supervision of Hall of Fame coach Freddie Roach, they believe that they can pull a huge upset.
Manager Vadim Kornilov believes that once Tim Bradley feels Provodnikov's new power, he's going to run. "Roach's knowledge of the opponent is going to change Bradley's plan of 'I'll just box him' into a plan of 'how do i stay on my feet.'
Trainer Freddy Roach is ready. "Best camp we've ever had. Biggest fight we've ever had. We're ready."
