Mayweather decision on opponent likely in January

Undefeated pound for pound champion Floyd Mayweather has yet to make a decision about who he wishes to fight next. Showtime executive Stephen Espinoza said that his decision will likely come in January, and that despite rumors that Mayweather will face Amir Khan on May 3rd, nothing is even close to being done yet. Espinoza said that also in the running to face Mayweather is Marcos Maidana, whose recent victory over Adrien Broner has helped him earn some recognition from the fans as someone who deserves a shot at Floyd.
