Berto "I would love to fight everyone I took a L from"

Former world champion Andre Berto (28-3, 22 KO's) is getting ready to return to the ring this summer. Berto suffered a shoulder injury last summer in his fight against Jesus Soto-Karass where he suffered the third loss of his professional career. According to his twitter feed, he's ready to get back in the ring and has some targets in mind.

"Feels good to finally get healed up and ready to train hard. To be honest I would love to fight everyone I took a L from. My father always told me respect isn't given it's earned." Berto tweeted. "I want to earn my position back."

Berto, who was once concerned a formidable foe to the likes of Floyd Mayweather, has had his career delayed by losses, drug testing, and injuries. Losses to Victor Ortiz and Robert Guerrero ruined his shot at getting a fight with Mayweather. And after each loss he was out for an extended period due to injuries and a positive drug test to a banned substance. Still, Andre Berto brings excitement every time he steps into the ring.

"I don't care if both my eyes shut or I am fighting with one arm, I'm gonna put it all out there for the people sittin in those seats." Berto said.

Berto is expected to make a summer return. A date and opponent has not been set yet.
