Errol Spence vs Chris Van Heerden Spike TV Sept 11th

Errol “The Truth” Spence (17-0, 14 KOs) the 2012 U.S. Olympian welterweight, will take on South African welterweight Chris “The Heat” Van Heerden (23-1-1, 12 KOs) in a 10-round televised co-feature, September 11th Spike TV. The fight will also air on Indigo and Bell TV in Canada.

This is part of the Stevenson-Karpency fight card @ Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto.

Spence is currently undefeated coming off three straight knockouts. Chris van Heerden only has one lost to Nikola Stevanovic in 2010. In his last outing this past MAy he defeated Ramon Ayala.
