Roman Gonzalez vs Brian Viloria: Golovkin-Lemieux Uncercard

Roman Gonzalez (43-0, 37 KO’s), will defend his title against Brian Viloria (36-4, 22KO’s) as the co-feature to the Golovkin-Lemieux event Saturday, October 17th @ Madison Square Garden. This is a schedule 12 round bout that will be televised on HBO PPV starting @ 9pm ET.

Gonzalez, was also featured on the Golovkin-Monroe fight where he won by a sensational stoppage over Edgar Sosa in the second round. That was Gonzalez’s ninth straight stoppage. Gonzalez is currently on many top P4P lists and sports a 86% knockout ratio. Viloria recently stopped Omar Soto in the first round on July 25 in Hollywood, California. He is coming off four wins three by knockout.
