Timothy Bradley vs Diego Chaves set for December 13 on HBO

Former welterweight champion Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12 KO's) will return to the ring on December 13th at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, NV when he takes the hard hitting Argentinian Diego Chaves (23-2, 19 KO's). Top Rank Promoter Bob Arum told ESPN that the fight has been agreed upon from both fighters.

Bradley will be looking to get back into the winning category as he suffered the first legit loss of his career at the hands of Manny Pacquiao in April. The rematch from the highly controversial first fight against Pacquiao two years ago put many people at rest, and Bradley’s name may have actually become more popular since then. Chaves is coming off a highly controversial fight against Rios where he was disqualified for a variety of questionable offenses. The referee appeared to be the biggest blockade in what was turning out to be a great fight against Rios. At the time of the disqualification the fight could have gone either way as the judges scorecards were very close and mixed.
