Mayweather wins on Golovkin victory

Floyd Mayweather took to social media to post the results of his betting, something that he does from time to time, usually when he wins. Rarely, or maybe never, has he been seen posting a boxing bet. In the past Mayweather usually sticks to basketball and football however Saturday night Mayweather bet that the Gennady Golovkin vs Willie Monroe Jr fight wouldn't go past 5.5 rounds, putting $50,000 on it. It was a close call for Floyd. Golovkin was struggling to put the tough Monroe away after dropping him twice in the second round. Floyd got luck, as Monroe couldn't continue one minute into the 5th round, giving Golovkin the victory and Mayweather an extra $65,000 that he doesn't really need.
