Manny Pacquiao has kept almost everyone out of the loop in deciding his next opponent. Now there are rumors circulating that Pacquiao could step into the ring with Adrien Broner on April 9th in what is expected to be Pacquiao's last fight. While the idea may be something of interest it's highly doubtful that this fight could come to be. Broner is signed to Al Haymon who is having a court battle with Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum. This was also likely an issue for trying to make a Pacquiao-Khan fight.
Pacquiao hasn't decided who or when he's going to announce his next fight according to sources close to him. Fights with guys like Broner and Khan would be very hard to make so the longer it takes the assumption would be that he's going to pick a Top Rank fighter. Terence Crawford is likely out of the equation leaving Timothy Bradley as the next big option. However, the fans reacted in a very negative response when it was assumed Pacquiao had picked Bradley a few weeks ago. The response is likely the reason Pacquiao changed his mind on announcing his next fight two weeks back. The complicated situation doesn't seem to be getting any easier.
