Hernandez defeated Garza - Something Special For Boxing Fans

Super bantamweights Ernesto Garza and Jesse Angel Hernandez put on one hell of a show. In a WAR both fighters showed heart and hard chins. Kicking off in round one Hernandez controlled most of the action in round one until it looked like he got hurt later in the round. Garza landed a solid left hook stunning Hernandez a bit. In round two the fight turned more to a phone booth style match as they stood in front of each other trading punches. What of no where Garza dropped Hernandez right at the bell hurting him with a hook inside the body. Hernandez comes out strong in round three landing HARD combinations. Hernandez still chopping the body as Garza never backing down landing heat of his own. As the fight continued for every punch there was an anwser trading punch for punch. Both fighters showed heart and tough chins. Hernandez never let up on the body, punching Garza with hooks like chopping a tree. Garza stood his ground never showing he was hurt.

As the fight continued into the championship rounds Hernandez eyes was closing but he fought one killing the body. Garza never backed down walking thru the punches and landing combinations.

Definitely a fight of the year candidate to kick off the 2018 boxing year.
