Regarded as the second best fighter in the world, Andre Ward (27-0. 14 KO's) continued his dominance Saturday night as he made easy work against what was supposed to be a very tough Edwin Rodriguez (24-1, 16 KO's). Ward dominated the fight with a hard stiff jab, accurate punches, and great ring generalship. Rodriguez was frustrated the entire night trying to figure out the skilled Ward. In the fourth round both fighters were deducted two points by a frustrated Jack Reiss who was trying to control some of the holding and dirty fighting that was going on. Scores were 118-106, 117-107, 116-108 for Ward.
