According to the Neilsen ratings the Timothy Bradley vs Jessie Vargas fight that took place Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Carson, CA drew in a average average rating of 1.1 million viewers, peaking over just 1.2 million. The Co-Main event featuring rising star Oscar Valdez had 826K viewers peaking at 916K. The 1.2 million number isn't great but it's not bad either. The average HBO telecast is usually around 1.3 million. This year however, HBO has reached some very high numbers with Canelo-Kirkland hitting the 2.1 million range and Klitschko-Jennings finding itself around the 1.7 million mark. Bradley and Valdez both won unanimous decisions.
