Juergen Braehmer Dominates Konni Konrad

Juergen Braehmer (47-2, 35 KOs) the current WBA light heavyweight champion scored a dominating eight round TKO over Konni Konrad (22-2, 11 KOs). Right from the bell Braehmer controlled the action and pressing the fight. By the 6th round Braehmer dropped Konrad and it was obvious that it was only a matter of time before the fight was going to come to an end. Finally Konrad corner called the fight at the beginning of the eighth round. This was Juergen Braehmer fifth defense of the title. The fight took place Saturday night at the EnergieVerbund Arena in Dresden Germany.

Cruiserweight Noel Gevor (19-0) won a 10 RD UD over Argentinian Daniel Sanabria (20-5) to win the vacant WBO International title.

Mateusz Masternak (36-3) won the vacant WBA Intercontinental title with a second round stoppage of Brazilian Carlos Nascimento (12-2).
