Pacquiao response to Mayweather "IV scandal"

You've probably heard about the report, that Floyd Mayweather Jr. used a banned IV the day before the Manny Pacquiao fight and other details regarding USADA. Manny Pacquiao & Bob Arum took to twitter and other media to make a statement. "Now look at what happened. I hope Floyd Mayweather would learn a good lesson out of it" - "Truth finally came out and I was vindicated. Mayweather camp used to accuse me of using PED" - Pacquiao. Bob Arum also had something to say about the "IV scandal" Arum said - “It is very disturbing. Yeah, I am outraged. But I don’t know what we can do about it. I can’t change the result. I am not casting aspersions at anyone. But I have always wondered why does (Mayweather) leave it to the last minute before he announces the fight.”
