Luis Feliciano vs. Alejandro Frias tops pay-per-view card from California

NEXTGEN Boxing was launched to develop and showcase future stars in the sport with a higher standard of matchmaking, promotion, marketing, and media visibility for boxers at all levels.

The upstart boxing series will premiere on Friday, August 19 at the Commerce Casino in Commerce, California. Boxing fans around the world can purchase the pay-per-view on FITE TV (www.fite.tv) for $19.99.

The main event will renew boxing’s long-standing rivalry of Puerto Rico vs. Mexico as undefeated prospect Luis Feliciano (15-0, 8 KOs) faces off against Mexico’s Alejandro Frias (13-6-2, 6 KOs) in an 8-round super lightweight bout.

The 29-year-old Puerto Rican-American Feliciano is no stranger to fighting tough opposition, as he won the NABF super lightweight title in 2019 against then-undefeated Genaro Gamez and defended the title against Golden Boy Promotions prospect Herbert Acevedo.

In the co-main event, a 50/50 matchup featuring two boxers who both have only one loss will take place when popular Vlad “Super Bad” Panin (13-1, 6 KOs) takes on Reggie Harris Jr. (7-1, 3 KOs) in a welterweight bout over 8 rounds.
