Retired superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. stopped YouTube star Deji Olatunji in the sixth round of an exhibition boxing match on Monday in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Mayweather played around with Olatunji until he ended the fight in the sixth round of their scheduled eight-round bout.
The 45-year-old Mayweather moved Olatunji to the ropes and unloaded a few shots that seemed to hurt his opponent. That was when referee Kenny Bayless halted the action.
At Sunday's weigh-in, Mayweather was 154.3 pounds and Olatunji came in at 175.2 pounds. Despite the massive weight discrepancy, Olatunji couldn't lay a hand on Mayweather.
The event, which amounted to a light sparring session, was Mayweather's fifth exhibition since he retired from professional boxing with a 10th-round TKO of Conor McGregor in 2017.
The Hall of Fame fighter launched his international exhibition tour in December 2018 with a first-round knockout of Tenshin Nasukawa in Japan. After a three-year hiatus, Mayweather fought Logan Paul last summer in Miami, and in May, fought former sparring partner Don Moore in Dubai.
Mayweather, who won world titles in five weight classes, has scored nothing but knockouts this year. In September, Mayweather scored a second-round TKO of Mikuru Asakura in Japan before beating up Olatunji.
